SUMMARY:Global Conversations St. Paul: Venezuela and Latin America’s Political Pendulum
DESCRIPTION:Event registration is closed\, but walk-ins are welcome. \nJoin us to learn more about the direction of politics in Latin America and the impact of populism across the continent.  The forces of change have more to do with socio-economics than ideology.
