SUMMARY:The Theater of Public Policy with Global Minnesota
DESCRIPTION:What do you get when you mix foreign policy analysis with improv comedy? You get a hilarious and informative evening with Global Minnesota and The Theater of Public Policy! We’re bringing some much-needed levity to the big foreign policy topics of our day. Join us at Bryant Lake Bowl & Theater on July 5 for an all-encompassing conversation of international relations with Mary Curtin\, Diplomat-in-residence of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and Tom Hanson\, Diplomat-in-residence at the Alworth Institute for International Affairs at the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Throughout the night\, improv comedy actors from The Theater of Public Policy will act out live sketches from the conversation to bring these discussions to life.  \nThe Theater of Public Policy (T2P2 for short) is a mash-up of a public forum/interview show with improv comedy. Expert guests will take the stage to talk about big ideas and issues. Then a team of Minnesota’s most talented improvisers bring everything discussed to life through improv comedy. The Star Tribune calls T2P2 “what would happen if C-SPAN were suddenly invaded by the cast of SNL.” Get your tickets now for the comedic foreign policy event of the year! \nRegister
