Dr. Raymond Kuo, moderator

Raymond Kuo is Director of the Taiwan Policy Initiative and a Senior Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation. He specializes in international security, international order, and East Asia. Raymond is the author of two books and has published extensively on international alliances, Taiwanese security, military exercises, the arms trade, and the Russian war on Ukraine. He holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University and has previously worked for Fordham University, the United Nations, and the National Democratic Institute.
