Don’t miss this special opportunity to meet two impressive delegations of international women leaders: one promoting peace and security and another focused on protecting women and children. These professionals will be meeting with organizations across Minnesota to share their knowledge and experiences. Connect with emerging leaders from over 25 different countries and hear how their examples can inspire women around the world. Network with members of Parliament, media editors, non-profit managers, police commissioners, political party leaders, and academics at Wood+Paddle in the Royal Sonesta Hotel.
Light appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks will be served with alcoholic beverages also available for purchase. Limited free parking is available beneath the hotel.
These groups are visiting Minnesota as part of the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
International Visitor Leadership Program
The International Visitor Leadership Program is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the United States, current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience this country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts. Professional meetings reflect the participants’ professional interests and support the foreign policy goals of the United States.
