This event is being held virtually and is open to new and returning international college students. 

Join the interactive webinar “Welcome to Your Home State: Minnesota,” specially designed for new international students to help prepare for life in Minnesota. Representatives from Global Minnesota, the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis College, Saint Mary’s University, and Saint Paul College will help you discover practical tips for settling in—from navigating Minnesota’s winter wardrobe to exploring both on-campus and off-campus experiences. You’ll also hear about:

• Key resources available to international students
• Navigating daily life in the U.S.
• What to expect upon arrival
• Seasonal activities and how to prepare for Minnesota weather
• Ways to stay healthy and take care of yourself

This session will help you feel more confident, informed, and ready to start your journey in Minnesota. International students from all colleges and universities in Minnesota are welcome to attend.
