Join Global Minnesota for a vibrant culinary experience exploring the rich flavors of the Philippines at KUSINA, a traditional turo-turo eatery. Meaning “point-point” in Tagalog, this style of dining invites guests to select dishes directly from a display, offering an authentic glimpse into the Philippines’ lively street food culture.

Enjoy a delicious meal featuring a savory entrée with pancit noodles and jasmine rice, while discovering the bold balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors that define Filipino cuisine. Executive Chef Jailin Tabares will share the personal and cultural stories behind her cooking, as well as how KUSINA extends its impact through humanitarian efforts in the Philippines. Optional treats like the signature Halo-Halo dessert will also be available for purchase.

Registration includes noodles, rice, a selection of entrées, soft drink or Filipino drink, and taxes and tip.
