World Water Day Roundtable

This event is being held in-person and is open to everyone.

Global Minnesota is pleased to partner with Swiss company Georg Fischer for this year’s World Water Day Roundtable under the theme “Water 2050.”

This insightful conversation will peer into the future of water, examining global trends that drive our collective efforts to consume water responsibly. Katrina Kessler, Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, will deliver opening remarks, followed by expert presenters and panelists from Freshwater Society, General Mills, Georg Fischer, Kurita America, Pentair, and Veolia. They will share international best practices on water treatment and address the question: “what can we learn by collaborating across borders?”

Participants will also enjoy an opportunity to get acquainted with–and receive a facility briefing from–Corporate Member Georg Fisher, which acquired Uponor in 2023. Registration includes coffee and continental breakfast.
